All cancellations for transfers booked with Specialty Vehicles (Bus and Coach): Prior to 14 days-no
charge / Less than 14 days-100% (Includes GST, Gratuity and Fuel)

All cancellations for transfers booked on Christmas Day, New Year Eve and New Year day: Prior to 7
days-no charge / Less than 7 days-100% (Includes GST, Gratuity and Fuel)

Private Tour booking: prior 72 hours- no charge / Less than 72 hours–100% (includes GST, Gratuity and Fuel).

Wedding and Graduation, Weekday bookings for 2 hours or fewer, all bookings are final and the amount prepaid is non-refundable. Weekday and weekend bookings for over 2 hours: $200 non-
refundable deposit, the balance needs to be paid two weeks before events.

Bus and Coach bookings: $1000 non-refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle, the balance needs to be paid two weeks before events.
